Hi Everyone, I know you all think I am crazy to say that Don't use Facebook Lead Form. let me explain.
We all use Facebook lead because with a few taps you can generate a lead. Many people want to hear from your business but filling in the form can be difficult on mobile. Facebook Lead ads make the lead generation process easy. People can simply tap your ad and a form pops up and it's already pre-populated with their Facebook contact information and ready to be sent directly to you. They can get the information they want and you generate a qualified lead for your business.
We have generated 1995 Lead this month of January 2021 in that we are able to see that 425 Leads are not contactable. This comes to around 21% of the leads going to waste because we are unable to contact. We have multiple campaigns which target around the world and this is a huge matter because if you take each lead CPA to be at least $2 we are most lost $1000 in the name of the campaign. Once we brainstormed and identified why this was happening.
In the above figure, you can see that the three fields like email, full name and phone number are pulled from the profile. Most of the time this information is not regularly updated. Hence the phone number you think you are getting from the lead is the number used at the time of registering on Facebook.
This is the reason you are receiving numbers that are not contactable.
Solution: Instead of using or collecting the phone numbers from the profile. Collect this information by asking a question. Like what is your phone number?
In this example, you can see that we have added a question asking for Mobile no. With this small change, we can increase the number lead quality no to xx + 20%. Improving 20% on the lead quality is not that easy but now you know you can also implement in your campaigns.
